1. Who we are

RayiTrack ("we", "us") is a livestock management platform built in Morocco for African farms. We can be reached at contact@rayitrack.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit the demo request form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your country (optional)
• Your herd size (optional)
• The time and origin of your submission

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not embed third-party advertising trackers. We use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated traffic data without cookies and cannot identify individual visitors.

3. Why we collect it

We use your contact information solely to schedule a product demo and follow up about RayiTrack. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

4. Where it lives

Submissions are stored in Convex (a managed database service hosted in the United States). Access is restricted to RayiTrack founders. We retain submissions until you ask us to delete them.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU) and Moroccan Law 09-08, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@rayitrack.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
